Orders are processed via PayPal.co.uk using their secure server.

Credit/Debit Cards:
We can also take credit card payments over the phone. Simply email me your order, along with your shipping address and contact telephone, and we call you for your credit or debit card details (never send card details via email) or alternately you can call us to place an order.

Personal cheques:
Please use our printable order form Click Here and make all cheques payable to Mr A Topham.

International customers:
Payment must be made by credit card via PayPal, NO CHEQUES. Simply purchase using the shopping cart and your credit card will convert your total into your currency.

Postage:
POSTAGE IS FREE on all orders, both UK and worldwide. (Excluding illusion orders)

Deliver Times:
We aim to despatch all orders on the same working day that we receive them, with first class post this gives a delivery time of between 1 and 3 days depending on the Royal Mail. Please note that once despatched, we have no control over the time that the Royal Mail take to deliver the goods. If an item is required urgently, we suggest that you contact us by phone on 01253 314868 to check the items availability and discuss the Special Delivery options.

Returns:
Since much of the value of a magic trick lies in its secret, we are unable to offer ANY refunds on products once they have been opened, unless they were faulty or damaged on arrival. We will refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us via Royal Mail within fourteen working days of receipt of order. Please Contact Us before returning the item to the above address with all the necessary details. All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days.

Customer Complaints:
We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. If our service falls below that to which you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this site, please Contact Us. If you are unhappy with the service you receive from illusioncraft.co.uk, please contact us immediately in order that we can rectify the situation. All emails will be responded to within 3 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been resolved.

For security purposes all online transactions are handled via a secure server and processed by PayPal, illusioncraft.co.uk has no access to your credit card or PayPal details, when a telephone order is placed, your card details will not be stored, as soon as payment has been placed, we no longer have your details.
